Lifestyle, connection, and creativity come together at Sydney Townhomes. Developed by Trillium Projects, the twenty modern townhomes are stationed in Central Burquitlam – a community emerging as Vancouver’s next big thing. With innovation, function, style and pride as it’s building blocks, this boutique collection of three and four bedroom homes were designed for the next generation of young families.
In partnership with our design besties at Good Thunder, Sketch Studio was commissioned as the creative direction and graphic design studio for the Sydney Townhomes marketing and sales campaign.

Sydney Townhomes was bound to ‘make its mark’ on Vancouver’s Central Burquitlam community, helping the neighbourhood to grow and diversify into a family-oriented, yet connected place to call home. This idea set the framework for the Sydney Townhomes logo mark, centred around the project’s architectural site map, positioning and streetscape.
Building a strong connection between the development’s brand and physical footprint, the stamp-like icon symbolises it’s position on Sydney Avenue and Guilby Street, with negative space in place of the three rows of townhomes. Within the contemporary, architectural-style icon sits a refined ‘ST’ monogram and word mark logo.
The modern brand identity was applied to every marketing and sales touchpoint – including stationery, brochures, floor plans, signage, social media, digital advertising and an interactive, custom-developed website. Our highlight: The remodel of a food truck into a rolling sales centre, which was such a success it made the Vancouver news!
